A.  Yes. We do understand that this can be a concern, especially if this is your first time shopping online, but we can assure you that your credit card information is encrypted and protected with the best software available via PayU.

What is Click + Collect?

Click + Collect offers the option to collect your Superbalist order instead of having it delivered. Our service includes 30+ nationwide Takealot Pickup Point locations, that are open 7 days a week* for your convenience.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?

If you choose to nominate someone else to collect an order on your behalf, you will need to provide them with your QR code or unique PIN.

 Can I return any item?

You can return unwanted product to us provided:


it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; 

it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact.


How do I buy on your site?

From the homepage:


Select a category that appeals to you.

Within the category you’ll find products on offer.

Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.

Select quantity, attributes (size, weight) and “add to your cart”. The mini cart will pop down confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.

In checkout we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart.

From here you can enter your shipping and billing addresses (if you’re a first time buyer) or go straight to the payment page (if you’ve bought before).

How safe are my personal details?

We treat your personal information as strictly confidential and take necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and is protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage, alteration, disclosure or access.

How do I change my name, password or email address?

Within Account info you will find the option to edit name, email address & password.


How do I change my email settings or unsubscribe?

Within "My Account" you will find email preferences and adjust the frequency of emails, preferred days as well as preferred categories.


I'm not getting my daily newsletter, what’s going on?

Add us to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure you receive Superbalist emails. If you are in a corporate or business email environment, you may want to check your quarantined mail list or your junk folder.
